I’ve been thrilled to be a lead teacher and mentor in teacher trainings since 2013, first in NYC with ISHTA Yoga for many years, and now in Atlanta. I am currently a lead teacher in the Sacred Yoga Teacher training, as well as a guest teacher in a few trainings around the Atlanta Metro area. You can also still find me guest teaching in ISHTA Yoga’s 200 and 300-hr trainings, delving into the subjects of working with private students and hands-on assisting. 

In addition to the classic 200/300 hr programming, I have developed a variety of workshops and trainings that I lead yearly in both Atlanta and New York City to help teachers deepen their practical knowledge of yoga and work more effectively with students. Some of my most popular offerings include a 20 hr hands-on assisting training, workshops on yoga philosophy and the subtle body, and a specialty training called “The Art and Science of Working with Private Clients.”
