Corporate classes can be a great way to relieve stress, improve efficiency, and boost morale in the workplace. They can be held in any open space, with yoga mats, or sessions can be led without mats right in your boardroom or office. Classes are open level and can accommodate each person in the room. Consider offering yoga and/or meditation to your employees on an ongoing basis (weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly), or as a part of a special event.
